Whether you have access to the gym, or you’re training at home, a customized program delivered through our own custom mobile app that takes into account your resources, will ensure your success. 

Being a mother of 4, having gone through both vaginal deliveries and a C-Section, I understand the struggle of wanting to feel strong and in control of your body after pregnancy and birth. I know the struggle of finding time for yourself to just get a single workout so you can be full of energy . I understand the challenge of being a busy mum with limited time. This is why I specialise in empowering other mums like me; mums who want to have more energy running around after the little ones, mums who want to lead a healthier lifestyle but find it difficult to juggle it all. My goal is to remove the barriers you may have already encountered through flexible workouts that are specifically designed for you, workouts that you can do in your own time and even around your family.

With three options available, you can pick what works for you:

  • 3 sessions a week for 4 weeks
  • 4 sessions a week for 4 weeks 
  • 5 sessions a week for 4 weeks 

You’ll also rest assured that you are being trained by someone who is not touting the newest fad or only has the ability to work with a small subsection of the population. I have over a decade of experience in the fitness industry and have trained hundreds of women, who can attest to their success working with me.
