My name is Yusra and I help busy mamas who want to get healthier, move better and feel fitter by showing them how to develop the skills and habits to sustain a healthier lifestyle without resorting to fad diets/rigid meal plans as well develop their functional body awareness so that they can perform their daily activities with strength and ease.
I worked in the IT Industry for 8 years and whilst I enjoyed what I did, my true calling knocked after the birth of my first baby. There I was, sat with an extra dozen kilos not knowing how to get rid of and not even mentioning the postpartum back pain and lethargy I was experiencing. At this point, no diet worked and exercises, well they just made me ache and more tired. I must have been doing something wrong. So I decided to educate myself on how to do things right. I equipped myself with the best certifications I could find from the best in the industry because I wanted to get it right, I wanted to help myself and any other mama’s out there who felt stuck the way I did. And now, I am a mama of 4 ( 10, 5, 3 and 1 year old), and I am here for you.

So, how is it done?
- The Art – The programs are specifically designed with you in mind. In fitness there is no one size fits all. We like to work from the inside out and tap into that true inner core strength. Once this is achieved, everything else falls into place.
- No gym needed – If one can get to the gym then great, if not then that’s fine too. The workouts are designed to suit your needs, your time availability and your workout space.
- No Equipment needed – Not everyone is a fan of fancy gadgets. That’s fine, you don’t need them!
- 15 – 60 mins – You don’t need to exercise for hours a day to see results. You can workout for as little as 15 minutes a day and get spectacular results. It’s all about the QUALITY of the workouts, not the QUANTITY.
